Commissioning a painting
Once you have an idea for a painting, I will need to know some details as to the size, frame style and also consider where it will hang. I can then estimate the cost. Once this is agreed I will need a retainer, which is based on the size and complexity of the picture. If the painting is to be a landscape, I will usually need to do a site visit.
- My usual medium is acrylic, but I can work in oils, although there is a long drying time
- The final payment will be due on completion
